I believe God will do good things in my life.

It’s not that I believe everything that happens will be good, but rather He is busy and working and engineering and moving so that all things will be good.  Eventually.

The past has proven to me that when I stop fearing and start trusting, God can maneuver situations, people and events so I can grow.  I love Psalm 34 (especially in the Amplified Bible).  In verse 2 of Psalm 34,  David says, “My life makes its boast in the Lord.”  Isn’t that what it’s all about?  Being able to give God all the glory because good stuff happens in our lives.

It’s your job to watch.

Are you watching for the good stuff?  God will do good in your life – but are you paying attention to see it?

Remind your spouse to watch for the good God will do in their day.  Let it be the last thing you say to them as you part in the morning.

Watch for the good stuff.

Then give all glory and honor and praise to God.  He is the author of all good and He will provide.  Let your life make its boast in the Lord!
