I’m a fan of blog posts that make me think – ones which challenge, inspire, and nudge me into (re)addressing my attitude, or thought processes.

One blog post I read today provided a challenge:

Go 24 hours without complaining.

Can I do that?

24 waking hours without uttering a single complaint…  (even under my breath – to myself).

I encourage you to read the post: Can You Stop Complaining? by Brent Peterson on his blog, “Stand & Inspire”

Brent Peterson saw an image which gave him the impetus to challenge himself, and then he looked at what and why we complain, finally tagging his readers like playing a child’s game, “You’re it!”  Find a different response.

So I’m all in.  And passing it on to you!

Imagine a day – 24 hours – where nobody in your household would complain. How would that change your world?

In marriage-

Consider…

How can you expect to have a positive marriage if all you’re doing is focusing on the negatives of life?
